Dropbox shared links
Simply upload the file to Dropbox, then click on the three dot menu and click Share. Ensure that the link options state that Anyone with this link can view this file. Click on Copy link and it will have been copied to your clipboard.
Go to your playlist and paste your Dropbox link in the New Link section of your playlist. Give your link a Tag / Name and click on Create Link. You can now ask Alexa to play your newly created link. You can do this either for individual files or folders in Dropbox.
Maximum of 30 links per shared folder.

Google Drive shared links
Simply upload the file to your Google Drive, then right-click on the file or folder and click Get shareable link. The link will be displayed in your browser and will have been copied to your clipboard.
Go to your playlist and paste your Google Drive link in the New Link section of your playlist. Give your link a Tag / Name and click on Create Link. You can now ask Alexa to play your newly created link. You can do this either for individual files or folders in Google Drive.
Maximum of 800 links per shared folder.

Experimental - Playback may stop due to Onedrive limitations.

Any web link for Alexa to read aloud to you.
